- Assessment Responses: Your answers to test questions, which are used to generate results.
- Account & Payment Information: If you create an optional account or purchase a report, we collect your email address to sign you in and to send receipts. Card and billing details are entered directly with our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Usage Data: Anonymous data about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, time spent).
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services:
- To calculate and display your assessment results.
- To enable you to revisit and share your results.
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our assessments.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
Assessment results are stored so you can revisit them. If you create an account or make a purchase, we retain your email address and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide receipts and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, the payment and billing details you enter are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy, and we never receive or store your full card number. We may also use third-party analytics services that collect anonymous usage data.
